Minnesota, unfortunately, has one of the highest MV registration fees in the US: I'm currently paying $100/year for each of my two vehicles. Compare this to neighbouring Wisconsin, which only charges a flat rate of $25/year per vehicle, and you see how we're being screwed here...

I think me lagi more kiasu! I would get my course guides and then start to read up on a few of the subjects. I'd hop over to the library and start photocopying materials that I think would be required reading so that when semester starts, we don't have to fight with everyone else over the books and we won't get 'stuck' in a rut when the books we needed are all loaned out.
I also ran my project group like a tight ship, and in an organised fashion, with everyone being assigned things to do according to their strengths and with schedules and deadlines drawn up and communicated.

Minnesota, unfortunately, has one of the highest MV registration fees in the US: I'm currently paying $100/year for each of my two vehicles. Compare this to neighbouring Wisconsin, which only charges a flat rate of $25/year per vehicle, and you see how we're being screwed here...
on average we pay around $350AU pa plus compulsary insurance of about $360-400.
On top of that other insurance, proerty damage or comprehnsive insurance
of about $800-$4000AU depending on age, experience and type of vehicle. 2 or 4 door, sports or family wagon, manufacturer etc. -

Anyway, I experimented with runing a group like this, and I had also do it in free fashion in an all boys group. The first formula used to work, till everyone breaks down from projects fatigue, then when the second formula starts to be more effective cause everyone is experienced in doing projects liao.
This coming sem, i am going to be a social butterfly and get new groups of project mates. -
