I'm suddenly reminded of one guy in my section during BMT who REALLY didn't wash his towels. And boy was there a strange smell coming from his bunk.Originally posted by elindra:
He's gross. I read this stripe where he was telling Dilbert and the rest that he doesn't wash his bath towel because he should be the cleanest thing in the house after taking a bath and therefore there is no need to wash his towel

I buy all the Scott Adams books btw. The Dilbert Principle was the first one, and I love it!
Agree, I got the ebook edition.Originally posted by the Bear:his book, God's Debris, was a surprisingly great read!
nothing to do with Dilbert.. but really amazing book

Ahh...Asok the intern. One of the more controversial characters because he's Indian and some claim Scott Adam is a racist for the way Asok is treated by everyone else. But then again all interns, regardless of race, get assigned the shit jobs. Asok's job description can perhaps be called General Dogsbody.Originally posted by Wanda:This Dilbert bk I borrowed has a new character (new to me) called Asok with the crew cut hair and who is the asset tag man.
I LOVED the episode where the company was facing a severe crisis and they decided to hypnotise Wally into what he was like when he was much younger, i.e. idealistic, very intelleigent/capable engineer before he was broken by cynicism working in this souless company. And Wally saved the day! It gave a very interesting insight into his character, and proved that he IS the smartest enginner in the company, not Dilbert.Originally posted by the Bear:oh yeah... i've got the animated series on DVD.. so if anyone wants to borrow and watch, just drop me a message
Yeah, although its interesting how when Dilbert really gets himself into deep trouble, dogbert will bail him out everytime.Originally posted by the Bear:he doesn't do any work!
my fave character is Dogbert... cynical as all heck, ruthlessly taking advantage of every flaw of human greed
