The owner can't handle him because he is difficult to control. You need to be very firm with him or he climbs all over your head and he is very aggressive as well to strangers, but to me, he's an angel
I had to rehome him in the end coz we moved to a flat. He is one dog that cannot be kept in the house coz he gets frustrated and can tear the house down.
Super hyper as well and ALWAYS up to some form of mischeif. One thing though, he is extremely intelligent. He is trained but chooses not to obey commands at times coz he don't feel like it. What he does is that he turns his back on you and pretends not to hear

guinea pigs are silly
my friend had them... they just sit around and eat, doing nothing all day.. and are kinda smelly even after he cleans them a lot
oh.. about 5 to 7 years..

my hamster is dumb.. he comes out of his cage only when tempted by food.. which he'll eat, then after that, runs back into his cage...

Also he's too well-fed to chase after fish. He's too lazy to catch the feeder fish in the tank -
well, cousin had a turtle.. and it bit little bits off the fish which were huge compared to the little turtle
maybe it's revenge?

The only fish he bothers to catch is feeder goldfish coz they are dumb and slow
He rather eat the frozen shrimps I feed it and grapes and tomatoes and dried turtle food -

I think it will treat rays as pizza coz they are slower than he is
