  i only know, everytime i use too much of my brain, i got headache

  hmm.. that's one of the signs of a tension headache...
  
  also if you see lights.. sorta like.. things are outta whack, everything's gone too bright, you've probably got migraine...
  
  migraine is when your blood vessels in your brains dilate.. causing the pressure and pain.. and the lights..
  
  how to get rid of the migraine is (i am serious) caffeine.. caffeine constricts the blood vessels, easing the pressure..

  but its prolly tension headache for now
  
  caffeine? i drink tonnes of coffee, but that stuff always make me woozy, and i have headache and feel like vomitting the morning after

  been drinking coffee regularly for the past three years
  
  worse when i had projects and assignment to hand in the next day

  caffeine doesn't do that to me unless i've had like about 6 cups in an hour
