Didn't feel well last night and I think I'm falling ill.
Went to the sinseh this morning after my night shift and he pressed here and there and said, 'I think your liver is heaty... you might be coming down with the flu soon!' and I was 
... wah! He can tell like that?! Whoa!
Apparently, working night shifts are very 'heaty' for your liver. And mine reacted by becoming really 'heaty' and that released 'air' that was trapped here and there. I know it sounds kinda flakey but thing is, after he worked on the areas that he thought the 'air' was trapped in, waaaaah!! ... I had TREMENDOUS RELIEF!!
He knew where I ached even before I realised I was aching there! He said his experience with people with the same symptoms helps.
Thing is, after he works on me, I feel good, but at the same time, the body starts to ache and all. Mom said it happens to her too - kinda like feeling worse before you feel better.
Ah well, hopefully, the treatments work! -

Don't u need big tanks for the rays to grow and swim around? How big is your tank, just to give me an idea?

A Uniting Church hall has been burnt down yesterday.
And my sister-in-law's house got burnt down too.
Oh let me quicly add that this is a new construction and only
the wooden frame has been built.
I am sure it is related cause my her house is near
the leb resisdence and the assumption is the anglos did it as revenge.

Yes some of them can grow really huge. Anyway these are all sting ray pups so they are small but we will upgrade the tank when they grow bigger. -
