  All this emphasis on cutting manpower, increased efficiency, lowered costs etc is exacting a very real human cost.

  employers refusing to admit to overworking their staff because there isn't enough people around...
  
  remember the "clear causeway" yesterday?
  
  well, people were forced to do OT.. as in about 30 people forced to do OT...
  
  and that's not counting senior officers and other supervisors..
  
  now... for my place, how is that not "overworked and understaffed" when we're completely dependent on people doing OT?
  
  i wonder about other places...

  well il use optrex if i got eye irritation. n i cant remember wat brand it is tt i use for moisturising bt it come in individual mini 'syrnges'

  I get enough sleep.
  
  I only play WoW on weekends and holidays and this problem has been on-going for a while.
  
  I wonder if there are supplements that help produce tears I think my tear glands are broken

  Ah Lau won't need Effective Interviewing skills for now...unless you're gonna interview job applicants. Those wine appreciation ones are only interesting if you enjoy drinking wine.
  
  Social Etiquette is good....it helps for everyone to attend at least once. The rest like Interpersonal skills, etc....can get more knowledge from books.
