  We had something like that. Its idiotic having to fill in forms for certain day to day activities. I got around it by simply refusing to do it and over time(about 1 year) people completely forgot it existed and with the change of management, it shall stay that way.

  did people notice that in the final scene where King Kong
  and the chick is up on the tower. She was able to climb all them
  metal rungs with high heels and still looked fantastic
