Actually my chinchilla also quite spoilt. I need to rotate the brands for her dried food and raisins e.g. cannot feed her emerald raisins for too many weeks in a row, must switch to the dark colored ones, followed by the golden colored ones etc etc and then go off raisins for a while and feed her other snacks
When I used to have hamsters, they were never fussy about food. -

And I'd thot cats are the most fussy about food - some won't eat food that's left out for too long, coz not fresh. -

It also pays to have 'competition' around... if one cat's fussy and turning her nose up at the food on her plate, seeing the other greedy cats wolfing them down like it's their last meal will usually help to change her mind! -
