Wow... it has been pouring the WHOLE DAY!!
Wish I didn't have to work... what a great day to stay in, keep cozy under the covers, read a good book / watch TV, sip a nice hot drink, and order pizza! -

gotta go get ready to go for Mass.. wonder if there will be many there today coz all they gotta do is take a day off tomorrow and they get a 4-day weekend.. enough for a quick holiday -

As with this morning's exercise, WDL and Tuas Checkpoint stepped up checks... They even deployed those devices that could puncture car tyres at the custom checks... -

And then, on the mobile TV in the bus, the tickler news said that there was a ''Civic Emergency Exercise'' and a few MRT stations would be closed!
My colleagues who took the MRT to work were all late because of this morning's exercise.

Saw this taiwanese translated Japanese PC game "Blue Flow" at comics connection and picked it up! Similar to the old Power Dolls series (I see that there's even Power Doll 6 now I stopped playing at Powerdoll 3). Cute anime characters, lots of mecha and weapons. My kind of game!

My weekends aren't boring, they are just not long enough. And I always laze in bed...to the extent of neglecting my other chores, e.g. sew loose buttons, pack up/clean up the piles of stuff lying around, procratinated ironing....
The good news today is that I've managed to donate my old working fridge to some charity, and my new and much-coveted bigger fridge will be arriving at my home tomorrow! Yippee! -
