melt the butter and saute the veggies..
throw in the mussels and more butter.. stir them around for a while...
pour in about half a can of beer..
allow to slowly simmer and close pot..
allow to reduce..
remove from fire and enjoy
and can i sub the beer ? ... I'd much rather drink it instead ... -
why? you can sub it with white wine...
