  Kah very much better, thanks! Ate painkillers, visited the sinseh, didn't feel pain this morning until later in the afternoon, felt a little pain at the hip area. I think that was cause a few of us went to the Times Warehouse Sale at the Expo and I was walking and carrying a heavy load and standing around for too long.
