  i lost about 10kg in 6 months before..
  
  but at that time, it was due partly to inedible food at the canteen coupled with a broken heart... one loses appetite when that happens you know?
  
  but put it all back gradually and a sudden spurt of overeating the past week, i can feel my waistline expanding
