When I saw the trailers for Chef In Black, I didn't like the chef - he looked like some big-talking crap guy so I don't even bother to tune in to his show!
A lot of fusion chefs are flaky and dodgy. The only fusion chef that I really admire is Jean Jacques Vongerichten. He was the one who made that Warm Chocolate Lava Cake so famous all over! -

One of my favourite cooking shows was ''Iron Chef''!
It's so outlandish and everything is larger than life, it's funny!
Every week, a surprise ingredient is unleashed at Food Stadium and then a famous chef picks one of the Iron Chefs to pit his skills against.
They have to cook four dishes or more in about one hour. They are sooo fast-thinking, organised, and creative!
I heard that the producers of the show were going to publish the recipes created by the chefs in that show! Can't wait for that book to be released! (Although I sure hope that they'll ship it to Australia then! )
