''Flowers for Rhonda'' actually reminds me of what an ex did for me.
I had just watched Titanic after work with one of my colleagues. It was close to midnight and I was trudging home, feeling tired and a tad down, when lo and behold!... from a distance, I saw what looked like a basket of flowers at my doorstep!
I slowly approached it, feeling that I was in a dream... I daren't believe it was true but...
Whoa!! It really WAS a huge basket of lotsa lotsa flowers!!
Turned out that my ex, who was in the US then, missed me and so he thought he'd order a bunch of flowers via Interflora to surprise me!
When I opened the card in the basket, he had scribbled, ''Just Because...'' inside!
