Not superior but my "client". The Bank takes pride in customer service even when dealing with internal clients. Yeah, my colleagues whom I provide service to are considered my internal clients.
Anyways, I do not deal with people outside of the Bank (thank goodness). I am not a sociable person on a business level. And wearing a mask is so tiring. So, I like my corner and my current world. I really shouldn't complain. 
But once in a while, I guess it is healthy to bi*ch a bit eh? -

Mostly flus, but are also inflicted with other ailments including gastric pain, headache and asthma

Wah, off day ah? So, what have you been up to? Shopping? Any damage? I saw a top at one of the Chinese malls. The storekeeper said C$28 but I was only willing to part with C$20. I am still thinking about the top. I may go back this after to try and haggle. -

I take time-released Vit C, Cod Liver Oil Capsules enriched with Tri-Omega, and when I find lotsa folks around me having the flu, I augment it all with Echinacea as well. This trio works like a dream!
When I feel myself having a scratchy sore throat that might be indicative of the beginning stages of flu, I'll suck on Trachisan lozenges, available from the Pharmacies. Helps tremendously too!
