I thought I suffered from hypothyroidism too. That's why I had a recent blood test done but no leh! I suffer from the symptoms but blood test shows healthy thyroid hormone levels.Originally posted by littlestream:

I didn't really lose weight, but I lost bulk! Before I went to the sinseh, I was bloated in a lot of areas... puffier than a puffin!
Yuan Lai, if you're bloated due to some health reason, it really adds bulk to your frame. I still look pretty much the same but oh man, my anklets are looser, my toe rings too!
I still have a lot to loose. Happy with the effects so far though. The sinseh said I must have suffered for a long time, walking around with so much water and air retention! The sinseh was honest... he told me which area is fat, that he can't do anything about! But he said everywhere else is air and fluids.

Okay, seriously, orh, is it? I guess I should go for my physical. Haven't had one for three years, even though it is "paid" by our high income taxes. Yeah, yeah, they always say "medical is free" but they forgot it's because we pay such high taxes.
Still, congrats, showing good signs from your visits to the sinseh. We have many of these sinsehs around here in Toronto too. But Ontario is going to put in a legislation for these people. I guess as a results of some weird incidents or results. -

I'm actually considering taking diuretics to help purge out the excess water cause I've heard of people doing that. -
