do they honestly think anyone irregardless of public or the emergency crew will b so calm n collected when a real crisis hits?
eg. bomb goes off in mrt train. survivors calmly move to the back of the train n walk out? i dont tink so....
n the idiot who gave the idea of throwing nicely butchered raw meat on the ground to simulate flesh of victims is really n idiot...

Yeah! I mean, a simulation is soooo different from a real life situation. Maybe, it's not entirely necessary to have all the fanciful props but it's useful to go through the procedures and processes per se.
It's kinda like saying that a simulated CPR session is nothing like the real thing BUT you HAVE to go through such simulations until you're proficient at it. It's just a process of familiarising yourself with the steps and protocol, and hopefully, practice makes perfect and helps one to recall the protocol with ease should the eventuality of an incident necessitate it.
Actually, no.Originally posted by skeujin:seems more like propaganda to me.
those r essential but they can do it w/o incurring inconvenience to the public wat.Originally posted by Rhonda:Actually, no.
For stuff like CPR and Fire Drills, it is essential to kinda rehearse the whole process so that you'll know what to do when you need to do it.
