It's hard to find a movie that makes me squirm. One that managed to make me squirm and feel the chills was 'Creep', a UK horror movie about an underground freaky not-so-human human who goes about murdering people in darn gross ways! 
Scary!! I actually wished there was someone watching the movie with me!
This, coming from a horror movie lover!
Another great horror movie, one I think you'd like, is the sequel to Dog Soldiers, ......damn, I cannot remember the title right now! (must be a sign of impending senility)
