I can never have enough of it too. hehe! The sambal in that Rong Guang Seafood place is wonderful!
I chanced across a place in the old Commonwealth market that sold sambal stingray with a very interesting sambal tinged with plum sauce. It was spicy and yet with the fruity sour-sweetness of plums! Nice! I was so sad when the stall closed down!
Maybe, in Melbourne, can experiment and see if I can recreate that same sambal! -

Yippeeee!!! This is my 2nd last day at work! Was supposed to be my last day but for some stupid miscalculation by the Ward Sisters. Bleah!
Going out later to purchase one large cake and one smaller one to bid farewell and thank you in advance. The larger cake is for my ol' ward, where I have many friends whilst the smaller one is for the ward sisters and a few selected peeps who were friendly to me in my current ward.
Now, I really feel like watching The 40-year old virgin liao! Maybe, shall rent it to watch during my break time! -
