you can't blame them. There must be a thesis somewhere that states that all regular human beings go through genetic changes of the worst kinds when they mutate into bosses. It isn't their fault - its just their DNA.
my current boss is okay but I so so so resent my ex boss, such grievances carried within me, such injustice... such... sigh... . that's how he became.. THE EX. -
ahh... mine couldn't do anything to me because i was right and he was wrong...
so he plotted my transfer...
for a 5 to 8 year stint, i was posted out in 2 1/4 years..
thing is.. one month after my posting order, he was posted out too
oh well..

Eh, how come role reversal? No lah, I am the cook in the house. Well, I was telling you about my errands, right? Got my licence renewed. Wow, Fatum, I suddenly got reminded of civil service a'la S'pore style.

Anyways, I was going to have my eyes checked at the optometrist. There are signs of recovery but it is still red. So, I really really should get it checked.
Adjacent of where I live, a strip mall is taking shape. There is one new optometrist so I thought I'll check it out but sadly, she is not open until end of next month. Met her hubby who gave me the biz card though.
There's also a Pizza Nova and Subway. Son already had his fill at Subway and hubby has squash tonight. So, it is like to each his own. Hence, I just grab whatever that is convenient. Sounds like a student in a dorm eh? -

Bleh! Thanks, but I'll pass on Chinese food tonight. Our lunch group tried a new Asian buffet restaurant this afternoon, and it was terrible. MG : remember from one pictures I posted, you noticed construction going on near my home? Well, they were building a strip mall. There are 20 shops, 16 of which are sold. Sighboards are coming up so we get an idea of what businesses will be taking place.
In fact, when I heard a Chinese restaurant, I'm like "NO!" Not about to have rats and roaches running across to my lawn! But I saw one signboard like a cafe thingy. Actually, I like operating one like that. But I know it is not easy. A lot of work and headaches too. But I think it so nice to run a dim lit nice cozy cafe perhaps with me singing in the background too. -
Yikes, the white coffee, now cold liao tasted guai guai de. Okay, logging off liao. Going to fix tea to go with my bag of prawn chips.
