you take the big chopper. must be HEAVY one.. put your chopping board on the floor.. (over newspapers you laid out before hand)
Then you aim... aim one time.. aim two time.. THEN YOU CHOP! Cannot be 'gentle' one... will just shred the meat.. must be ONE TWO THREE CHOP!
Great idea, Bear. I saw it on sale at Walmart. Under C$8. But I didn't buy it 'cos I don't know what to cook in it. I was thinking of steamer 'cos I can steam veggie, which I like. And also, pau. Here ah, we are quite lucky. Get to eat Taiwanese stuff, Hongkong stuff. The Taiwanese pau is really good, especially the Taro pau. The taro is very generous. I can eat SIX in ONE sitting.Originally posted by the Bear:i'm pretty good with knives but don't know how to chop chicken or duck
anyway, get a little personal crock pot/slow cooker thing... put all the stuff in when you start work.. by lunchtime, you got great soup
