Thanks for the tip. I never knew that. I've always been afraid of splattering oil. Not only on me but on my stove too. Yeah, I am a clean freak. 
But butter and then with a little salt. Isn't that a bit too salty?

They sent about 100+ nurses for the Advanced Dip program without replacing anyone so currently, ALL wards are short of staff, some more severely so than others.
Plus, there are the usual resignations too. So those left behind are overstretched.

Y'know, a freshly-graduated nurse I know who just started working this July was so exasperated once she complained about how difficult a particular 'A' class patient was.
I pointed out to her that all thanks to our govt, they just want to attract foreign patients to our hospital BUT, they did not think about increasing the manpower and other resources to meet the naturally higher demands of these foreign patients and their families.
Naturally, think of what this will do to staff morale in the long run.
