It's more like the lateral muscles at the back of my waist seizing up and cramping! 
It's sooooo darn painful!! Waves of pain shoot through me as the cramping occurs! I can't sit / stand / lie down / walk without feeling the pain! -

i bought 2.. used one and was actually sweating the whole night.. the next morning, when i tried to showed, i almost died from the pain
have not used the other one..
but have to say, it's very effective...
and... cult leader, whatever they say, the plasters provide relief.. i should know.. mine is from a surgically repaired back.. and the plasters still provide relief

Some comments before I go count sheep:
1. WTF was up with that Jay Chou MTV they showed before the movie Fearless??? It was a total insult to a pretty good movie? Jay Chou was doing some really strange gay eunuch impression during the MTV.
2. My idea of good exercise music is hard hitting rock or metal. Anything else will put me to sleep. -

I think he was trying to imitate Nicholas Tse in his latest effy role in 'The Promise'! If you've read my corny reviews of that show in the thread, you'll know that Tse's role was super chao1 ji2 ah gua and he had a fetish for bird feathers too!
Sad that Jay Chou decided to turn into an ah gua for the MTV. He's actually skilled in Tae Kwon Do and in his earlier MTV's at the start of his career, he did an MTV that was very macho and showcased his TKD talents!
Don't know why he wants to do the ah gua fan dance now.
Don't know why but a lot of male Chinese artistes will have a stage in their careers where they explore their effy or ahem! excuse me... the politically correct version is 'Metro' side to them! Remember Andy Lau who HAD to go and wear skirts a few years back! 
Bleah!
2. Heavy Rock and Metal's good for intensive cardio exercises! We had those kinda music, including tracks from Mortal Kombat's soundtrack for BodyCombat and BodyPump classes! SHIOK!!! Imaging kicking and punching to those kinda music!
New Age and other kinds of music would be suitable for other exercise classes.
Oooh... the track for the Tai Chi & Yoga Balancing segment of the exercise module is now on!! Before the class, I had NO IDEA that it's such difficult work to engage your core muscles and concentrate when balancing on tiptoes on one foot and doing Yoga poses with all the remaining limbs! Can work up a sweat, man!
Of course, I'm extremely motivated to stay balanced and poised each time we reach the balancing segment... it's extremely embarrassing to fall and lose your balance in the class! -

Actually, Jay Chou has gone a long way. Heard that in the beginning of his career, he could only compose 'marketable', soft pop music for other singers cause he was told to his face by record companies that he was too ugly to sell any albums.

Eh... outing, like our other Club 30 outings! Nothing much, just a bunch of friends watching a movie, sharing a meal, and yakking non-stop! -
