I already KNOW what I'll be missing! I'll definitely go crazy purchasing the cookbooks here! And then there are the clothes, the accessories, the VCD's of Hong Kong / Korean TV series as well as Asian movies, ingredients, certain local cookware, etc. -

The headache is that every single addition to a particular fund was obtained at a different price and has to be accounted for to arrive at the cost of the equivalent number of shares sold (assuming you use a first-in, first-out cost basis).
On average, it takes me about three days to research the data necessary to complete the tax return. It's a bloody monumental waste of my time.[/b]

Now that I'm slowly getting used to the idea that I might remain single for the rest of my life, it scares me even more! I really have to start seriously planning a nest egg for myself!
I came across this book in the bookstore just now - something like '5 Lessons I Learnt from Millionaires' - and I realised that I really have to seriously start planning and becoming less extravagant and more financially disciplined.
I must say it's quite an overwhelming thought... but I'm going to take responsibility for my financial health now.
Got lots to learn but I'm walking this path now! hehe!
