I'm not giving in ... I banged on the walls first, then I went over to him ... then I got the caretaker to threaten him, then i got the landlord ... unfortunately the landlord's not in the country at the moment ... so i have to settle this evening's disturbance myself ... I went over untill i paiseh also ... chap may be mad and a bummer on welfare, but he's probably mad because he's lonely ... When I was staying in a hostel in my school in US also, the night before MY last exam my neighbour was blasting music with her stereo till 12 plus 1 am. I was REALLY damn bloody pissed. I tried bashing our shared wall at first, but it didnt work cos the stereo was too damn loud AND it was probably placed near our shared wall cos I could FEEL the vibrations.
Eventually I stomped over in my pyjamas, banged on the door, and when the door opened I was a little mortified to see like 8-10 people, mixture of huge guys and punk girls all slightly drunk. (worse was I wasn't wearing my specs, can't see their expressions) and I was like.. DIE... I'm going to be trawled by the whole bunch of them. (I was planning on hollering)
.... but just nice, the girl came back and I mumbled to her "I have still got a paper tmrw, can you PLEASE keep ur volume down". And surprisingly they were all pretty nice about it.
