My favourite items are their Fried Tofu, Kakiage, and Gyoza. Sometimes, their Okonomiyaki. Hmm... come to think of it, I didn't exactly eat any sushi items tonight!
Well, I'm resigned to the fact that my agent, the hospitals and the civil service in Aussieland works at a much slower pace than we are accustomed to.
So many delays and all that. I've decided that instead of getting stressed up over deadlines, re-deadlines, and re-re-deadlines, I shall just get used to their pace and way of doing transactions and make use of the time to sit and smell the roses and prepare myself slowly for the eventual day of departure, which seems to be a tad illusive right now.
But ok... I'm taking deeep deeeeep breaths and trying not to tear my hair out!

Good thing I have tried, and can make a few Japanese dishes. But still, it won't be as convenient nor as cheap as Sakae Sushi.
