It was bad enough that she had just severed her carotid artery or jugular vein or both, but the stuff that followed next was just... unbelievable, man! She was really meant to die! 
But the glass of vodka on top of the monitor was too close for comfort. After I watched this scene, I never put another drink on my monitor EVER AGAIN.

I've never slept ON my keyboard, ok! Worse I've done is sit in front of the computer, nodding off to sleep.
Most of the time, I somehow struggle out of my chair and onto the mattress beside my chair. Just like that... 'PLOP!! Very un-dramatic, ok!
Sigh... my nightmare this morning is so creepy, I hope I don't dream at all later!
