5km takes 15 minutes more now.. well, added that was 5 minutes coz in the middle of the walk, my shin started to hurt so i stretched it a little and i was good to go again
10 minutes more than usual.. hmmm..
must walk more

a cleaner works double shifts 6 days a week and gets $700
that's DOUBLE shifts!
14 to 16 hours a day..

Two weeks ago, I bought this 'Kwan Loong Refresher' thingy at the CHinese Medicine Hall cause the ingredients were : Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Dementholised Mint Oil... so I thought you dab it on certain spots and it revitalises you and wakes you up.
Then I went home and tried it and argh!!... it smells exactly like hong yew (medicated oil)! -
