nah.. i think it's shin-splints or something like that
the shin, just under the knee, there's the muscle running down the outside of the shin bone.. that's kinda aching.. actually, looks a little swollen
but it's better than a couple of days before...
besides, walking 5km is easier today than it was on monday...
strangely, cycling yesterday was very easy.. maybe i'll walk more than i'll cycle
