I believe there's such a thing as fortune luck
Some people just are lucky when it comes to such things . If they've got it, then they oughtta buy .. I'd call it an investment even.
Case in point, my colleague who has a knack of striking 4D, toto (she won some this Chinese New Yr draw). She can also "interpret" numbers out of things she see or situations she's in.

I buy just for the fun of it.
Usually $1 or $2. Not going to make a fortune out of it. kind of like trying my luck and it seems like I dont have such luck

i buy anually only..i only try to aim for the cny 10m toto draw..
other then that i do soccer betting..so much easier..

in 2001, it was about $130 profit
this year, it was about $250 profit
the dudes went to get some kinda "package" thing.. didn't know got package.. 10 dudes came out with $38.80 each -
