Bus co ppl are evil...
Some svs they alter the passenger loading records to show their boss that the complain for more aircon buses is unreasonable... The bus that I take to Paya Lebar, peak hr it is often overloaded, yet SBS replied saying there is only 35 passengers...
Yet they can tell you you are seeing things when you complain they favourite bus sv is having 3 empty double decks arriving together
That shows how internal politics stinks, but experts in asking for fare hike... Not to say their tatic onto 'makan' the concession stamp -
