bloody burger has foie gras, truffles and other things like the best steak
slice up shallot or onion
butter in the pans..
dice up assorted wild mushrooms.. saute until brown... more butter
very young thyme.. chopped up and put in
inoki mushrooms... next...
foie gras.. 1/2 inch thick slice on a hot pan, sear both sides...
1/2 pound of burger... fold in the burger around a slice of foie gras... foie gras is inside the burger
back to the 'shrooms... good cognac, flambe the stuff..
panfry the hamburger... the foie gras oils will leak out and flavour the beef
warm up the buns.. sourcream.. baby herb salad on the buns.. put the burgers on the buns...
place the wild mushrooms on the burger...
shave about a few slices of truffles over the burger... cover with other part of bun...
$50 burger! -

raspberry liqueur.. ice cream...
into the blender... add milk.. slowly as it is whipped..
pour out only shake glass...
