because of the mad cow thingy, a good rare steak is a distant memory now ...
I like my steak with blood juice oozing from the side when i slice into it ....but so darn hard to find ...
in anycase ... trust me ... no one knows food like us on this little island ...

but which resturant would want to take a chance ? ... imagine the lawsuits of someone gets some exotic bug from under-cooked beef ...

pity though ... places like alberta got some of the best beef i've ever tasted ...
