Well, I'm busy right now with my move out of this place and to have my stuff moved into personal storage. Man, the deadline crept up on me! It's next week!! AAAAAaaaaaahhhhhh!!! By hook or by crook, this house has to be vacated by the 13th, so I'm really stepping up on the packing now.
I HATE packing and moving house!

Choice #1 (House) . Next phase release tomorrow. Price will increase for sure 'cause there's a wait list and I have to be there promptly at 11am when they start calling out names. Previous price was $345K and comes with everything.
Choice #2 (Townhouse). Initially turned down two locations 'cause they sucked. Both were right by the pool, tot lot and dumpster. Agent called me 3 days ago with TH in a great location, on the side of the development that faces a green belt with trails, ball fields over 12 acres. Price is $338K but doesn't come with everything. Have made a reservation on this till Sunday. If price on Choice #1 goes up too high, this will be the one. -
