anyone know where can i get those kind of food, where people eat to keep themselves awake during long journey? but must be healthy ones, not so much sugar or unsweetened ones, not those preserved like sour plums coz really too unhealthy to eat so much excessively
and also plasters or medicated oil for muscleache? -

the plasters, not cheap but the Tiger Balm brand is good.. the warm version better than the cool version...
there's an unreasonably hot plaster which is damned good.. Chilli Brand.. but if you take a warm shower after you remove it, you will feel PAIN.. seriously!

Hey rhon, your paperwork may be held up coz of the increased student intakes this year. They can kinda clog up the immigration department and slow yours down. This should ease by late this month hopefully.
