  Again, they quoted their so-called rule book. They went on to tell me that I could use it for my mother should she need it someday. I asked them, if I can't take it out, then can I use it to pay for my flat? No prizes for guessing what their answer was. A big flat no. Why? Medisave cannot use to pay for flat one. Only for your health.
