Although... didcha know that it was exposed that the chefs are all given a list of three or four possible 'secret' ingredient before the contest? So, it's not a total surprise one.

I just completed the entire challenge. You start off as a novice chef and you're supposed to meet challenges every stage, eg. decorate a new restaurant, design the menu, hire chefs, set prices, etc. and a few of the challenges are actually to compete in Cooking Competitions and they designed a setting just like Iron Chef's! I tell you, it's really really fun! You should play it, alex! -
