this.. is a "workplan" for the next FY and also a "rolling 5-year workplan"

I've always wondered WTF we need a 5 yr workplan when its going to be re-written on a yearly basis anyway. 2 or 3 years should be enough, but hey, thats just me.

lately, the braindeaths have bought into "outsourcing" even when the evidence against outsourcing is so abundant and we all KNOW that it'll all end in tears..
yet the senior management laps up every bit of the BS those consultants sell us as if it was the best caviar in the world
