you are welcome, i had to do something like that here, it cost me $70 all up. you locate the cord, drop it down the wall where you want it, then put a small hole through the wall to pull the cable through and also you to attach a cover plate so it looks nice and neat. -

I think I would. Take the flooring for example. I did some research. It would be way cheaper to use my neighbour who's a designer. I talked to the development people and found out that if I went with my own flooring contractor, I would be voiding some warranties. Like the upstairs plumbing, cracks on the subfloor, etc. When we signed the purchase agreement, they gave us a 5 inch thick binder to read up on.Originally posted by breytonhartge:don't think you would? -

Truth be told, I'm very task oriented especially when it comes to packing the house. It's something that grew on me after the first couple of moves. I also enjoy organising. I find it very therapeutic if you can imagine that. -
