Anyways, ssshhhh.......I am in the office. I usually chat in the office. When at home, particularly weekends, I do not log on. Like your mum, I also got work and will feel guilty if I spend time chatting instead of taking care of the house and the humans who live in it.

But then hor, Qing. I already past mid 40s leh. So, unwinding liao leh. But in my 20s and 30s hor, I pia already. I've done my part liao so now, get senang job.
You also must pia leh but most importantly, hopefully you go into a field you like one lah.

Yeah, I am still around although very sleepy ah......... Last night only sleep like 2-3 hours. Son was sick. So I took care of him. Massage him. Give hot towel, then got to keep changing water, right? Give hot water bottle...erm, pai seh, don't know the term for that hot water thingy ley.
And then scared in the middle of the night if he gets up, i cannot hear, I sleep in his room. ON the floor some more. Lazy to drag a mattress in lah. Wah, cool man, on the floor, I mean even though carpetted. Jia lat. Lucky tomorrow off ah. So, tonight can go home sleep until noon. Hee hee...no lah, joking.
So, how was your interview on Friday? Trust all's well!!! And eh, how come ah buay koon? -

I guess I am okay but not 100%. But no worries, maybe it's an age thing. In any case, I've made appt with my optometrist early next month.
And you will be so happy/proud that I have made an appt for my physical too. But she is a busy lady lah. So, my appt is not until Aug.
The other routine appt I have/dread to make is my dental. I wonder what's in store now.

Hmm... your eye discomfort is taking a long time to heal, hor. Hopefully, the specialist will be able to help ease the discomfort and tell you what's happening.
I'm kinda stressed up over my packing... Not sure how to pack cause this time round, the packing isn't as clear-cut. Have to be sure stuff that are meant to be in personal storage goes into personal storage, but also the stuff that I need will be sent over to my mom's place and all that.
I'm quite hesitant to seal up the boxes in case something I need gets stored into the personal storage and it's gonna be hell to search for it and retrieve it!

Like you categorize them with like "immediate" "later" and hee hee "never" okay, lah, say "maybe". Like that lah. got or not? -
I did put little boxes all over my house for the stuff that I intend to box up to be shipped over by sea, and also stuff that I'll need to use in the interim period, and stuff that'll go into my luggage. It's not easy! Thought of packing in an organised manner so I'll know what goes into the boxes, but it's too hard to do that. I thought I'd pack books inside certain boxes but it turns out that it'll be too heavy and I can only pack the boxes half with books, half with soft toys or whatever.
Sigh... what a royal headache! I'm so scared I'll pack something I need inside the boxes, then enter my personal storage room and stand in front of the 30 or so boxes, totally lost!
Plus, once the boxes are stacked up, it's almost impossible to retrieve what's in the bottom boxes!
Now you know why the packing is taking so long liao, hor? -

I think I have too many books... and CD's... and soft toys liao!
Not bringing them all over. I'm limiting myself to a max of 5 small boxes to be shipped over by sea when I had my address. Preferably, only 2 small boxes, the rest should stay in storage in the meantime.
I tell you, it's not a good thing to be burdened with all these things.
But what to do... cannot just discard everything!
I was hoping to move out on Friday, but I think I may need to change it to Saturday or latest, next Monday. That's the last day of my lease. -
Actually, I wish SL was around... not to help me pack, but to just sit here with me and keep me company as I pack. hehe!
I'm engaging movers to move the boxes to the personal storage warehouse, so that's taken care of.
Other than that, don't really need friends to help. Just need moral support, bah! -

Get get pro packers/forwarders or not? No need to book the whole container, by consignment. Maybe a couple of thousands for freight? Then, can bring everything lor. Idea?
