Actually I prefer the Budget Terminal at Paya Lebar
I dun think public buses can serve there cos the entrance and exit is too far away, but I think with the cab and free 24hr shuttle bus, I think it is good enough -

Anyway ours that is opening on Mar 26 can only handle 2.7 million passengers a yr or abt 26 packed A320 trips a day...
Malaysia one that is opening on Mar 23 (But real opening is later) can handle 10 million passengers a yr or abt 98 packed A320 trips a day -
