skin n remove all eyes
put in large bowl n add the following
butter
milk
salt
pepper
basil
oregano
corriander
chives
garlic
a pinch of mint leaves
a pinch of tumeric for color....
i cnt tell u how much of each to put but as u mash u can try n jus add on. -

Cut 4 or 5 potatoes into half. No need to peel.
Place in microwave safe container.
Add a splash of milk, a dollop of butter and one clove of minced garlic.
Cover container and microwave for 5 min or until soft enough to mash.
When done, you can add more butter if you like.
Voila! -
yeah the fools who run sentosa actully hire the people frm 6 flags to come to singapore to consult bout the upgrading of sentosa. bout a week or 2 of stayg in 6 star hotels n fine dining n a couple of hundred thousand dollars. they advice was. bring yr attractions closer together.... sure we wld put underwater world, volcano land. the wax museum and everythg else on wheels n push them to a central location....Originally posted by littlestream:Wow!!!
