I made tonkatsu for lunch since my daughter's already on spring break. She doesn't go back until after April 17th. Too damn long! My son goes on break next week. We have conferences all this week.
Didn't know about the figure skating competition. I've been engrossed with baseball.

I've been thinking about setting up my own shop too. I thought about Cold Stones but I feel the market's saturated. I thought about a scrapping shop since I enjoy it but market's pretty saturated too. Then I've thought about becoming a realtor but I'm so new I have to get to know the area better first. -

I think the new xbox around $700 mark. I remember when ps2 1st came out.. it was at about $1500! n apparently people had no qualms buying it for their kids even though its more like a luxury item.. now its around $250 -
They got the Game Cube with their pooled Christmas money. Since we told them they could spend however they wish, after stashing some in the bank and some for charity. They buy games with their birthday money. The PS2 we gave for good grades and behaviour. Can't remember what we paid for it. well, my folks bought me an Apple II a long time ago..
it was one of the pivotal moments in my life coz it was then, i stopped being in awe of computers and started to USE them instead... for silly things, for gaming, to learn nonsense like Apple Basic..
was funny for a while coz i ended up doing my folks' homework as well as their whole class's homework when they attended some kinda Computer Literacy Course
after that, i looked with envy when other people had the first Nintendo (not even the NES) and the Atari 2600
eventually, when i started work, i finally bought myself a Playstation.. played it to death.. recently, the PS2 has been left untouched for a long time.. maybe i should dust it off and continue playing my GT4
