  nope, that's still alive and kicking .... used to take the boats from jardine steps at WTC to go diving the last time, but now the boats are all chased over to west coast ferry terminal ....

  the terminal's in a little sheltered bay, shared with the Republic of Singapore yatch club and the Singapore poly jetty, not much waves there, but it does get rough outside though ....

  Took the kids too? *imagining self shopping along Orchard* We had a l-o-n-g day. Saturdays are extra busy for me. My son has a morning bowling league, my daughter has softball games and Mandarin classes too. This week was our turn to man the snack stand for 2 hours of duty. The team who was to have relieved us didn't. So I ended up devoting almost 5 hours. Was fun but when the line got long, it was battle stations!
