why the hell does senior management want something which is so simple, to look as if we have to go through hell and back, embellished with meaningless words, and in a fricken flow chart?
it's just us printing and sending out posters to be hung up, for crying out loud!!
they fricken want, in a table, "priority, key challenges, strategies, programme and plan, timeframe and deliverables/performance targets"
the effing talking about it is harder than the actual doing it!
and all we do is get the blasted vendor to print 500 copies and send them to the various places! -
