They are not releasing the documents for the cargo of one customer who has like C$20k outstanding due to missing it due to THEIR mistake of messing up the documents. Customer have already TT and they have not received the money in the bank so they are not releasing documents still. Btw this customer have a very good payment track record. AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN exceeded their credit limit!!!!
At the same time, someone owes them over 100k and they are not even insisting the guy pays up first!!! We hold the docs on our end for them!!!!!!
