I'm giving her an F- grading!
She does unforgivable things like :
- misses deadlines ALL THE TIME;
- is hard to contact;
- is sooo disorganised;
- can forget my name after dealing with me for EIGHT MONTHS and ask if she can call me by another name instead!!!! ;
- makes empty promises;
etc etc etc
I've been patient all this time because I didn't want the move to happen too fast, but her inefficiency is driving me up the wall!!
I have done several things on my own, that is her responsibility as my agent. And I do it more efficiently than she does!
I think I shall consider opening my own agency someday cause I'm a much much better Administrator than she is! -

got my health screening results back.. i think i'll go buy more life insurance
i have an unacceptably high Blood Triglyceride reading... whatever the heck that is
surprisingly, the cholestrol level is on the borderline high.. thought it'd be like.. dangerously high
oh well.. i'm only slightly maladjusted, as opposed to totally messed up like the last screening -
