yeah.. my lunch gang is also going to go to the gym during lunchtime on tuesdays and thursdays...
i'll not be joining them as i can't do weights nor run, even on the treadmill... i'll just go cycle at night when my hamstring isn't so tight anymore
and i'm joining a Pilates class soon too -
