kitchen tip:
use newspaper to grab the fish... it'll help with the grip too..
if you have to scale the fish, use newspaper to grab the tail, dunk in a pail of water and use the scaler.. that way, the scales will not fly everywhere and end up at the bottom of the pail.. then you just need to throw away the water..Originally posted by littlestream:
