Luckily they have proven their stupidity and incompetance enough for my boss to not take them seriously so now he have to write to them in a way that they will not feel offended.

They already cause my customers so much grief.
The AMAZING thing is that they cause so much grief over perceived bad debts of about C$20k when they owe the customer C$30k.
Ask them to bloody contra off the amount also cannot

i refuse to pay for another copy because i'm already in possession of the license for one! they don't give me a disc, they just bloody give me a serial number... and useless recovery discs

seriously! i have met vendors who really didn't understand what we wanted.. but after slowly and very patiently explaining everything in simpler terms and in a mishmash of chinese and whatever, they gave us a great prototype..
we were really astonished!
